More Pictures

More pictures this time more boring subjects flowers that I was pleased with the results of. They were taken on a rainy day at the begining of may at a botanical garden not far from where I live called Hyde Hall.

This plant is poisonous but it's where we get castor oil from.

The clematis was huge about 8-10 inches across.

I think this is called a corncockle but I'm not sure, I liked the way it stood out against the green background.

May is late in the day for narcissus to be blooming, this one was hidden under a bush so maybe it was cool enough to delay it a bit.

The sun came out and this grass was wet from the rain, it looked so pretty.

I have no idea what kind of flower this is, I think it's a dog rose but I like the colour.

Such a pretty rose and a lovely scent as well.
Edit: silly me I labelled the flower wrong this was just a plain rose not the chicago peace, it doesn't have any scent either.
