Is this real? Honestly-said, the things american churches, church-representatives and churchgoers say and do really creep me out. When I see movies like this I wonder if it's a parody or if it's real, because the difference is honestly-said becoming increasingly-nonexistent.
85% of American churches are known to be corrupt, having records of clergymen frauding with church finances. This is not a random number, this is honest-to-goodness real, recorded statistics. Child-molestation is more common in the various bible-related churches in America than any other organisation. Worse yet, the church -protects- these people by paying off victims to keep silent and by sending the preachers who are guilty of such crimes to a -resort-! A resort! And then they can come back!
And now loads of people are trying to get more of the church into the gorvernment?! The American Constitution was made secular for a reason, people!
The Faith-based initiative sends government funds to places like this. So remember, Americans, your tax-dollars and your donations to the churches are used to help keep child-molesters safe from justice.
