So, we have another kitten :P

Peaches assesses, then growls :/

Her name is Coco and she's a 5-week old kitten, found in an abandoned litter of kittens with several siblings who'd already passed away :( She was rescued but homeless, and when Sasha met her 6 days ago through a lady who works at the vet next door to her work, she fell head over heels in love. She emailed me pix immediately and squeed about how cute she was. I replied that I was amazed SHE didn't offer to take her in and that is when S confessed, she sort of indicated she was interested; she just wanted to ask my opinion b/c I spend so much time there at her house. Awww. Seriously, that's too sweet!! I love my bff!! Anyway, needless to say that once I was past squeeing myself I said she should TOTALLY adopt her so, S brought her home with her today. Misty and Peaches don't quite know what to make of her yet - Peaches growled at her and seems put out and Misty seems just curious. I think Misty will accept Coco quicker than Peaches will. Peaches is the boss and is probably feeling a little jealous right now. She's slinking everywhere and seems a little -.-
btw...I am guilty for the name. When S sent me the pix she took I thought: 'that kitten looks like a 'Coco''. No other name seemed to suit her as much as that one, even though S and I searched. Coco is just perfect for her so Coco it is :D
Due to her not having any other siblings or mum and being around the rescue lady and her family so much, Coco is not in the least shy of humans at all. She's happy with anyone and slept on Sasha, me, Brian and my dad (we all went to S's for dinner and a movie to check out Coco - I will be going back to S's in a few days to 'bond' more :P ) Being only 5 weeks though, she is so beyond small. She fits in the palm of your hand and she has zero strength. You can feel how fragile she is; feel her tiny bones. *squees some more*
I won't bore you further with how cute she is and how blue her eyes are and what a little ball of fluff she is lol. I just wanted to update on the newest addition. OH! and I have to post about Star Trek, which we finally saw. I LOVED IT!!! It was awesome! But I'll squee about that in a separate post :)
PS - Brian is seriously thinking of getting a kitten ;p
