Geez. I haven't been doing very well at this lately; I've screwed up a lot at translations.

Shu was about to went off somewhere when he passed the new guy in the lounge. Shu wondered why he kept walked into someone in the lounge, and all of them are always studying.

He was going to leave that person alone when he noticed that he hasn't seen that guy anywhere before. He's not in the meeting either. He felt that this guy might be another new recruit

Shu's decision wavers between to greet him or to not. But Shu wasn't in his best mood, so he decided to just leave him be. He's headed to the front door.

Akio looked up from his japanese book, feeling someone's eyes on him, and saw a redhead just about to take a step out the door.

"Hey. You going somewhere?" He asked.

[shihoushu]

Shu turned when the youth called him inbetween his studies, he didn't think he would do that.

"Yes, I am." Shu replied briefly, "Do you need something? I was just going to check on my house condition."

He closed his japanese book.

"Nah, just wondering, are you another of the students coming back to the dorm, other than Rion and someone named Tsukai?"

[shihoushu]

She refrained from the door. He walked closer to the couch now.

"Yes, I am." another brief reply from Shu, "Do you need anything from me?"

Shu thought that this youth must have something to do with Rion and Tsukai. If not, he won't be asking about his connection to him.

"I'm Shihou Shu, used to be a senior in here. If that helps you.."

"I'm Yamamoto Akio, currently second year. Nice to meet you, Shu-sempai."

He politely bowed.

[shihoushu]

"Nice to meet you too." Shu bowed as a follow up. He thought that this young man might be not as bad as he thought before. It's not strange if he thinks that way, judging from previous encounters with the other recruits.

"So, what brought you here, Yamamoto-san?"

"I moved in a few years back after leaving my home to apply for Gekkoukan, if that's what you're asking."

Akio leaned against the wall, rubbing his right leg for some reason.

"Damn, it still hurts...just because I didn't hang out with him, I get this..." he muttered.

[shihoushu]

"Are you injured?" Shu noticed that the youth felt pain in his right leg, "I didn't really understand the last sentence you said, were you trying to say someone gave this injury to you?"

'This is not going to be good..' Shu thought.

"I blame my friend for these."

He showed Shu rather large bruises on his right leg, and glared at them.

"Goddamn steel club..."

[shihoushu]

Shu's eyes widened when he heard the word 'steel club'.

"Pardon me if I'm wrong, but I sense bullying in your story." Shu finally sat on a couch across the youth to listen more of his stories. He felt his long lost sense of justice resurfaced. He was, after all, one of the school disciplinary committee.

"Who gave them to you?" He asked.

"You won't believe who and why, but it was my friend, Tsuyoshi, who did it, and the beating was all over the fact that I didn't go hang out with him 4 days ago."

He grimaced at the bruises.

"Damnit...can't a guy at least get some leisure time before going off to hang out?"

[shihoushu]

"Is that friend of yours has something wrong in his mind?" Shu kind of startled when he heard the reason why that youth got those bruises. He never, ever heard of such actions in a think called 'friendship'.

"Why keep on befriending him if he kept beating you for such minor reason?" Shu continued, "Light punches or kicks are still appropriate for a friendship, but that..."

Shu stopped to think of another possibilities of the youth's relationship but he couldn't seem to find any. He asked further, "Are you sure he really consider you as his friend?"

"Meh, it's the way his brain works." He said casually. "He always thinks of the most violent ways to punish me without killing me. That just happened to include steel clubs. I've gotten used to it though; we've been buddies for the past 7 years or so."

[shihoushu]

"I am in awe of your body recovery..." Shu dazed when he heard the youth's explanation, "For you to still be able to be here in one piece is truly a gift."

"But next time.." Shu gave out an advice to the youth, "You better do something with his attitude. It's not that he's your friend then he's free to do anything to you. After all, your body is still your body. And any harm done to you, it's you who will feel the toll later on."

"And S.E.E.S. will need you in one piece, also healthy and not paralyzed." Shu added, ending his advice.

"Yeah, I know I have to deal with the way he acts. But if I go and even scream at him, his split personality'll take over."

He looked at the floor and sighed.
