Well, and also a lot of army guys are WWE fans when they're at home, so it's pretty cool for them to have these guys who they admire come out there and sit in tents with them and shake their hands. People get just as devoted to wrestling as they do to rock bands and stuff, so the WWE are big on showing their military fanbase support/respect.

There's a local team?

Er, yes, that was what I said in the review. See above mention of "local wrestling promotion EPW", and I even mentioned that one of their guys is Whitby born! Wrestling promotions - ie, individual organisations who put on wrestling shows with their own, house wrestlers - come in all sizes from WWE at the top down to little, local "we have five guys, a ring, and a lass in a short skirt to do the announcing" groups. Most of these small bodies do not turn much in the way of money and are populated by wrestlers who are doing it primarily for fun, or else are hoping to work their way up to the bigger promotions.

EPW are one such small group. They're not based right here in Whitby, but they seem to put on a lot of shows along this coast so they're about as local as I think it gets...

Oh, I thought you meant like it was a local WWE branch, not just local guys what do wrestling.
