Faith has a plan.
She's been working on it for a while, and now it's ready. She's got fake ID - in the name of Kaya Lehane - and she's got tickets, and now she's meeting Kaya by the doors of the bar.
Kaya's never been to a zoo before, and today she's going to Central Park. She just doesn't know it yet.

It's not a new idea to her, after all. More than once, Jojana claimed to be their mother.

It's big, green, loud, and it has PENGUINS. This is clearly the perfect place to take a child.

Kaya's only ever seen one carnival in her life, and what she chiefly remembers is how sad the scrawny desert cat looked.

Like, say, by taking her to the San Diego zoo.

"There's so many people."

Taking her to one of the most highly-populated cities in the world was maybe a bad idea.
"Do you want to go back?"
