Faith is dressed, made up, and primped, her hair arranged in a crown of dark curls and red roses which she's almost sure involved telekinesis to arrange

And Val does come in, dressed in the long ivory robes of her office, a silver circlet on her head. Curtseying deeply, but with a bit of an ironic smile on her face as she straightens. "I do believe, milady, that last time I checked I did have breasts." She pauses, grinning again. "I was coming to make certain that you have everything that you need."
"Oh, frell. I knew there was something I forgot at my wedding. It was the naughty underthings." Val grins, eyes twinkling. "I have one bit of advice for you, though, as you get married. If there are candles in the room tonight, keep them far away from the bed."
Taking a step back, Val takes in Faith's attire. "You really do look lovely, Faith. Max won't be able to speak for about five minutes, I swear."
"The only thing of interest that happened on Luke's and my wedding night was that he tried to burn our bed down by knocking candles over into it." She laughs. "I'd rather not have to tell people that the king and new queen had to be treated for burns."
She then hugs Faith back tightly. "Oh, I'd have to agree on that one. But still. He's going to love it."
Val laughs. "Oh, I'm certain someone will remember. I had to make Alie promise in three languages not to stand up and yell out things if people started flailing." She facepalms. "I love that girl, but she can be so impulsive."
"I think she will. She's a good girl. And really she is better than she has been." Val smiles. "So, you really do have everything you need? Any last minute messages to anyone, or drinks of water, or perhaps a stronger beverage?"
Oh, she's heard that Luke was out drinking something right before the ceremony. Silly Jedi.

Faith facepalms, but she's laughing.
"I'm fine, Val. Got the dress, got the hair, got the naughty things under the dress, and as you can see, Isabel has beSmurfinated me."
She grins, brightly. "I'm all set."

Then, beaming, she embraces her friend. "Thanks, Val. I think the blue skin would be enough to do that on its own, though."

Faith beams at her. "I hope he does. The goal is to make him so speechless Michael has to remind him of his lines."

There was really no danger of that happening.
