Cyber Friday! teaching & partying!
Just back from teaching. I like getting lots of cash for spending one hour sitting speaking Spanish (or making someone else do it for me, more like!) This student is going away for a wee while as she travels for work loads and now is going to Uruguay (reason to learn Spanish# 1) therefore we were not going to have lessons for weeks, but today it dawned to me that we are not in VIctorian times and the internet can be used for more than just refreshing LJ and Mypace to see if someone remembers you exist or what they have been doing that is more important than reading your interesting posts LOL ;) . I have suggested to her that we use MSN and Skype to continue the lessons and she agreed! :) Now it remains to be seen how we can go about that. I mean, My lesson plans wuld have to be a bit different and the time difference would be an issue...also getting paid... Hope we can work it out!!! Any ideas, welcome!!
Good thing about todays lesson was also that I got moneyyyyyy!!!! Which means I can go out tonight!!!!!!!!!!! WHOHOO!!! I am obviously going to this:
It'll be great to see darling kmrikky and infernalia666 burn the house down with their powerful industrial noise:) Come on everyone, let's go! Won't be drinking much which is good cos I have a hangover from last night's real tequila we had when our Mex friend Juan came over to smoke shisha with us:)
