so - okay okay - you were driving fast down the road, but then you saw a cat. so you slow down to a stop? and then you drove slowly past the kitty (or so you hope). then later the lady pulled up next to you (after you'd already passed the cat) and said "there's a cat on your car" (or something like it) while you're now driving 70?

yes,pretty much... but when i got out of my car, i didn't see anything. yeah, that pretty much covers it. but i WUZ on the freeway, so 70wasn't really all that fast right.
