LESS THAN A MONTH 'TILL FLOGGING MOLLY!!!!
if you couldn't tell, i'm so incredibly excited about that:)
so last weekend, i went to A squared to celebrate Chris's birthday like a month late. it was worth the 4 hours in the car:) we ate yummy lunch, played fun arcade games, ate yummy dinner and had wonderful company and conversation. i gotta tell ya, i was pretty nervous seeing kiy again. but it reminded me of when we went the Bennigans that first time. i was all scared it would be weird cause i didn't want our friendship to be different. and it wasn't. we were the same old goofy friends that we always were. i think friendship chemistry never fades with certain ppl. for example, nikki and i haven't talked in like a couple weeks, but when we do, it'll be like yesterday. we just pick up where we left off. and it was like that with kiy, cept we picked up where we left off october 2003-- awesome friends. :) oh yes, and i've definately decided that kiy will be my personal photographer. if he can work that kind of magic with a camera phone... :) it was also so nice to see Chris smiling all the time. yep, Smiley strikes again:) lol!
then, even though i really felt out of it on sunday, my day turned out well. after a good mars-hill service, and the time that i was supposed to be hanging out with my pa, i went to K.C.'s for dinner. wow. the food was AMAZING, the service: outstanding, and the company? let's just say this is why i wanted to stay home for the summer. i truely love each and every one of my friends. aaand, i'm way pumped up to go to the emerald isle now, cause 2 of my friends are going to be there at the same time!!!! yeah Christy and Josh! you ROCK!! so i'll have the tully cross ppl, maybe Dylan and Darren (skydivers) in Dublin, and Christy and Josh! i can't wait! plus Marc said he'd visit with Derek! yay! and maybe i can convince some more of my friends to go! nikki said she was going to be in england then, so she better stop by! *sighs happily* with each day that passes, i get more and more impatient to go.
yesterday, i saw lindsay popma...i went to elementary school with her. it was fun to see how much she's changed. and i was at work BY MYSELF for the first time. it was a little scary, i have to say. but i feel better cause i got some more hours and i survived:)
tonight i get to help the little jumpers in 4H at the hunter clinic at the fairgrounds. :) yay, i get to use my passion to help little kids.
and thursday, i start house-sitting! they have a pool, and they told me that i could have some friends over as long as i was responsible:) it's like my middle name....yeah:)
and tomorrow, i have (maybe) Rags. lol, even though it's kinda a hole, Rags is starting to be endearing to me. it reminds me of the wayside:)
