*says in a sing-song voice*
guess what i did last night?

lol, i'm still excited about it:) i went with my buddy, marc, to the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds. (i know, doesn't it sound like a secret Indian pow-wow place?:) anyway, after his friend thought it was in Holland (and we drove all the way there only to find out that it was in Grand Haven, lol), we met some of Marc's RBC (Reformed Bible College) friends at their campsite. i'm having sooooooo much fun this summer meeting new people! especially those that are set on God like i am:):):):) anyway, we had Tonga's (or whatever they're called) mmm, yummy!! and then.... they all busted out their guitars! it was A-W-Esome! 9i'm not sure why, but i'm like hopelessly obcessed with the guitar and anyone that plays it, so it was a double treat for me:) after all the little kiddies went to bed (it was a little after 10), we (Marc, Derek, derek's gf, Teresa, Kristen and I) headed out to the beach to play and sing some more. and wanna know my favorite part of the evening? we were singing woship songs!!! it was amazing to actually hang out with friends like that:) (i thought of you, Kiy, while i was there b/c u said that you do that on wednesday nights.) the sky was clear, the stars were out, the sunset had been amazing! (that was the first sunset, i think, that i've actually stayed and watched...the whole thing. (derek kept trying to tell us that if u crouch down and the moment the sun dips below the horizon, ou leap up and you can see it again. we told him he was crazy cause it didn't work:) it was very magical and i was very appreciative to God for sending me that amazing night:)

side note... Kristen's grandmother died about a week ago and then her uncle passed away yesterday morning. she asked us to keep her family in our prayers because they weren't expecting either of them to join the lord so soon. so keep them in your prayers? thank you:)

aaaand, i've been working every day at subway. it's fun and i like the ppl. i can ride my bike there and when the manager isn't around, i get free subs:) it's very very good to have a job again. even if it's just over minimum wage, working with kids way younger than me. lol, they're like stunned that i'm 20. it's kinda funny. so say hello to Belding Road's newest Sandwich Artist:) and how!!!!

i miss all you guys! i'll come to central soon so i can see those of you that stayed there:) kiy, tell me when you're going skydiving so we can invite everyone else up that weekend too and have a party:)

much love from the almost-at-peace Fairy Tigress:)
