Well I already tried posting this and it was giving me a very hard time, so one more time....answers to your Q and A!

- Best movie of the year?
I'm inclined to say "500 Days of Summer".  I can't think of anything else I've seen this year that was as refreshing, smart and charming as that one.  Though there's lots of great stuff on the horizon, and I have my heart set on "The Lovely Bones" being amazing, so we shall see.

- Renee Zellweger or Jennifer Aniston? (the NEW Aniston v. Jolie, I guess?)
Uuuuuugh.  The only time I've ever liked RZ is Jerry Maguire when she actually had acting chops and no lemon face.  And JA....look, I loved her on friends. But then she just seemed to get this attitude that she was the greatest thing to happen to acting.  I guess if I'm forced to choose, I'll pick JA.

- Jonas Brothers: talented or annoying?
Their squealing fangirls are annoying, but some of their music is catchy (for the record, I own nothing by them, but only heard them as a result of a roommate who loved them).

- Dane Cook: Overrated or hilarious?
I find him hilarious, but his material has gone downhill over the years.

- If you had to be a celebrity, who would you want to be?
Jennifer Garner. She's gorgeous and talented and has the most beautiful daughters ever.

- If you were related to a celebrity, who would you want to be related to?
Oh shucks, I don't.  I've always loved Diane Lane. She'd make a cool aunt.

- You're going on a trip, but you don't know where or for how long and can only bring one bag/suitcase/etc/I'm not picky on this part. What is in it?
Swimsuit, sweater, jeans, flip flops, boots, books, my hair straightener.

- You invented a time machine. Where/when are you going to visit first? Where would be the last place/time you'd want to end up?
This probably sounds really boring, but I'd love to go back and see my parents in high school. Maybe befriend them a la Back to the Future.  And I'd like to end up back in the present, please :)

- You just won one thousand dollars and you live in a world where there are no student loans or credit card bills to pay. What are you spending it on?
A new wardrobe. Materialistic? Maybe, but it'd be hard to care if I looked fabulous.

What are your thoughts on:

PDA?
It can be sweet when moderated.  Don't make babies in a movie theater, but a light smooch here and there is cute.

The best-supporting-actor-in-a-comedy race for the Emmys?
NPH.  From what I hear "How I Met Your Mother" has declined in quality, but he's the best thing about that show and one of the few real talents out there.

Paula Dean?
Crazy cooking lady? Indifferent.

-Top 5 favorite Disneyland attractions?
Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Peter Pan, Storybook Land, and the Matterhorn

-Five female celebs you'd like as friends (because you like what you know of their personalities)
Jenna Fischer, Jennifer Garner, Reese Witherspoon, Sarah Jessica Parker, Anne Hathaway

-Of what does your favorite outfit consist?
It's one of the new outfits I purchased a couple weeks ago: A white cotton, strapless, knee-length dress with a gorgeous stiched floral pattern on the hem and a fitted denim jacket paired with chandelier earrings. It's comfortable, feminine and stylish.

-If we ever had a day to hang out, what would we do?
Dude, I'm 40 minutes away from the Magic Kingdom, we would so spend the day at the park :)

-What are your 3/5/whatever favorite icons and when do you use them?
Livejournal is being funky and won't let me post images, but I can describe them: My Kevin "Are You Kidding Me" icon when I'm enraged, my Kelly "OMG" icon for when I'm squeeing, and my Jenna getting-her-makeup-done icon when I'm feeling girly.

-Thought about a dream wedding? Share a few details.
I've always loved the idea of evening weddings. Summer nights are gorgeous here in So Cal, so something outdoors with lots of lights and candles would be romantic as well as laid-back.

What was your favorite childhood toy?
My Fischer Price dollhouse. MAN I loved that thing. I accumulated lots of furniture and accessories for the house over the years and would spend hours playing with it. It eventually disappeared :(

When you wish upon a star.... [/Disney] ...what's the one you make the most?
Happiness, or perhaps the courage to go after what I think my personal happiness is.

Favorite class you've ever taken?
My single-author seminar on Jane Austen, fall semester senior year of college.

Most embarrassing guilty pleasure (celebrity crush, tv show, band, food, whatever)?
I've been known to watch an episode or two of TMZ *hangs head in shame*

memes, work
