Oh, hello
Oh, I haven't been here for a while. Very unlike me not to want to moan about something, but I retreated into my head to deal with the ongoing arghness that I seemed to be facing, now that arghness has moved on I feel that I can forget about the whole thing and put it down to knowing that things would be changes so got a bit carried away with it all - and here I am on the other side unscathed by the whole thing, realising that I will miss a friend not a desirable.
I had the full on proper flu over Christmas and it kinda ruined it for me and probably my family, I couldn't eat much (let alone taste it) and I went through a lot of drugs and a lot of tissues. On the drugs thing, I really don't think that they actually work. Lemsip only worked because it was warm and for a couple of days, I could only drink warm liquid. I had a brilliant New Year weekend though and made up for the lack of drinking for cocktails and wine for about 4 nights running, so balance has been restored in the world of the fairy. I still don't feel 100%, infact i currently feel like my head will explode and that I have been hit by a bus as my body is very heavy and very achy, but i could just put that down to old age.
I have 1 goal for 2011, which I won't share, but I really want it to happen. So fingers crossed.
I could type all morning about this and that, but alas, work needs to be done.
