How do you cope with not liking or getting on with a co worker? I am beginning to lose my patience and even though he doesn't talk to me anyway, I have started not talking to him just to get through the day without any drama. He only communicates with me through email and he desk is only 2 paces away from mine. It wouldn't be so bad, but we are the only 2 in this room so it is a pretty silent and non creative/positive environment.....the worst thing is that he is supposed to be my line manager...........how on earth he can be that when he doesn't even say good morning is beyond me!
