Yes, I did. It ... wasn't so much of a nightmare, as it was a reliving of a bad memory, in my case. One that I don't want to forget, but at the same time, I could ... do without remembering.

That's understandable. Talking about it is a good way to get things out, and not have to share the burden of it alone, but ...

Sometimes, you just don't want to talk about it. It's far too personal to share with even the closest friend.

It's ... natural to be worried about someone you care about. I worry all the time about the people close to me.

About all I can say is to be there for him when he needs you. He might resist talking about it now, but sooner or later, he'll want to talk. And at that time, he's going to need someone to talk to.
