Sweat-Nastey-Gross
It's absoultely GORGEOUS out! When I first got to work our Internet was down so I didn't really have anything to do since most of my projects today required the the web. Sitting here looking around it started to bother me how drab the office is so I went across the street to Whole Foods and bought a plant and 18 rainbow assorted roses. The roses were $12.99 for 18 or $2.99 each...does that make sense? no. By the time the Internet was back up and running it was time to get lunch for the meetings that are going on. I walked across the street to MaMagoo's and picked up lunch for 6 people and dropped it off in the building next door to the peeps. They had leftover breakfast that I had to clear away and bring back to my office for my vulcures...er...co-workers. Before I came back to the office I had to stop in at D'Angelo's to pick up 4 platters of food and a bunch of 2 liter bottles of soda for a meeting that's going on in the office. Luckily 2 co-workers were in there getting their own lunch so I had some help, for a change. When I finally got back to my desk I was pretty sweat-nastey gross. I just called for 20 pizzas for this evenings meeting. At 3 I'll be heading over to Kappy's to pick up 8 cases of beer. (mmmm...beer) It should be a good meeting for a change. Unfortunately I'm the one who has to clean up after it. Sometimes I feel like I'm the office mom. At least I get free beer and pizza this time!
