Apparantly the last post I was writing from the computer was about twisting my ankle the other Sunday, playing Netball. At the time, I was unable to weight bear on my right leg and was having to take the day off sick from the hospital. Since then, I've played three netball games, another tournament and been jogging on numerous occasions. Strange that :)
I finally went to see Eclipse on Saturday, it was just as fabulous as I'd hoped. Considering, from a literary point of view anyway, the books aren't that great, they do make good films. Despite how gorgeous Robert Pattinson looked, he was unable to sway me from my firm stance as a Team Jacob fan. I feel quite proud of my non-fickle nature in regards to who I like most. I've always been Team Jacob, ever since I read the books. It used to be a reasonably lonely place to be, but Taylor Lautner has changed all that <3 Could his chest have gotten any more toned? Mmmm. I had to love Edwards line 'Doesn't he own a shirt?' I believe I am not alone in hoping the answer to that was a big resounding NO!
Hopefully I'm going to see Inception on Thursday, I really can't wait. All I keep hearing are great things from it, and since I have very rarely been disappointed with a Leonardo Dicaprio film, I have an feeling this one won't either. I can't believe that I haven't been to the cinema in so long, and all of a sudden four come out at once. I'm definitely going to see Toy Story 3 when I get the chance, but whether or not I will get around to seeing Shrek 4 remains to be seen. I must admit that as a student, the cinema is actually quite reasonable. I will sorely miss the discount when I qualify.
I had an amazing meal with my three friends before we went to the cinema. It has seriously been far to long since we went for a meal like that. Unfortunately with two of us at University and the other two with full time jobs, it can be hard to pin us down together. It's even worse when we try to draft in our other friends, so us four have more or less banded together for most things. I drove since it was my idea to go out, so the others got to enjoy yummy cocktails. I had a sneaky sip of each different one, I think perhaps 4 in total, but it's not the same. I wish we could have gotten a bus or a train their, but unfortnately it's pretty much off all routes. We have made plans to go to Newcastle at the end of August, so I'll be able to drink as many cocktails as I want then :) I will hopefully be able to post some pictures of us at the meal, as soon as my friend uploads them. I forgot my camera :(
Today I went to my Grandparents house for the day, I saw them last Sunday when they came to watch us in our netball tournement, but I haven't spent any real time with them in a while, so that was lovely. My Nanna treated me to some gorgeous Micky Mouse Pj's, they're fab. I'll have to post a picture of them too because I'm in love. I also went to go see my baby cousin (ok, so he's 15, but he's my youngest cousin :D) do the long jump at Costello Stadium in Hull. He was actually really good at it, I was impressed. He came 6/10, and he was against some of the best long jumpers in the county. He was competing against 9 other schools, who all entered their best student in that age group. I managed to get an amazing action shot to send to him Mum. I was pretty proud of my photography skills :)
Sorry about all the likely mistakes in this, I'm going to get a bath and go straight to bed. I may proof read it in the morning, or I could just leave it like this. And let you guess what I really mean behind on the no sense sentences, and the spelling mistakes :)
