I was inspired to actually post these by uminomamori and her post. Maybe making this public will motivate me to follow through. So this is what I'd like to try to do/change for the new year

Do you exercise better with a buddy or solo? We could always try to get together occasionally to do something active, once a week, once a month... anything would be better than my almost non-existant exercise routine :)
I actually did yoga regularly (once a week) for a couple months in college and loved it. But I'm not picky, I just know I'm more likely to do it if its with a buddy. Because I know if I cancel they might not do it, ,and then I feel guilty for screwing them up. Does that make sense?
The most aerobic I get is the occasional game of DDR, and even then I play beginner so its only high energy because I have no energy :). I'm definitely not a high impact exerciser.
hmm, how much is the gym? It might be better to start with dvds to make sure we have the commitment. On the plus side I know work 10-7, so it would probably be much easier to actually get together.
