It feels like free money
I get my monthly email telling me its time to pay my power bill. But when I log in it tells me my balance is zero. They've decided I'm a trustworthy customer and returned my deposit which should cover this month and possibly all of next as well. It was so unexpected it feels almost like I'm getting free money, and its great timing.
