I more or less bombed a spanish test today, as last night I stayed up till two goofing around on the distinct hope that school would be cancelled due to the extreme weather. Karma got the best of me though, so I found myself floundering pitifully on the vocab section of the test at 9 AM this morning. I would've been fine with it if I had so much as cracked that part of the book. All in all though I've decided it's one of those losses I just need to take. It's the beginning of the semester, and while it would've been nice to start out strong, I can always bounce back. Plus last night was a blast, so what's a not-so-excellent test score in the scheme of things?
I love how I rationalize my procrastination and ultimate laziness.
Speaking of laziness, that's all I've got for this evening. I'm going to bed. Tomorrow I run.
