al anon
I went to my first al anon meeting tonight. It was good. I learned that I need to let Trey go and do what he wants and to not try and control him or give him rules. I need to distance myself so that he doesn't hurt me emotionally any more. I should try and not get angry or anxious, but that will be hard. There was a really nice lady there that I think will be really good to talk to.
