Quiet: It's a Good Thing (But Not LJ Worthy)
It's been so long since I've posted. T___T And the sad part is it's not because I've been busy, it's 'cause there's just been nothing to say. My life is that boring. D: On a good note, though, is that school's been giving be a breather. Not too much homework; some projects due in April, but nothing major. I bask in the quiet of my mind...or something like that.
On a bad note, in English class we've been reading Cry, the Beloved Country. And I must say, it's very boring and confusing and hard to understand. I'm sorry, but I do kind of hate it. It's brought me much woe in trying to figure out who's talking understand it. Not to mention I've got to write an essay about it when I'm done reading. *sob* Why can't teachers pick interesting books to read? Thank God for SparkNotes. (Also, my teacher said our next topic is going to be "persuasive speaking." -___- ...Oh, joy.)
