Janto Fanmix
As you can see this is really my first post to Livejournal. I have had an account for years but I been more of an observer to all other brilliant people on here. But I thought I could try posting something I have put together. I love music and I love connecting it to things that I care about, thus came this fanmix that was long in the making. The songs I put on this fanmix are songs that I feel really relate to Jack and Ianto's relationship in all aspects: angst, caring, and needing each other. The songs are sort of in order starting after Cyberwoman. I hope you like it and I will probably be putting more playlists together if this goes okay. I really do like doing this sort of thing.

Everytime I hear this song I think of Ianto right after the Lisa was killed for the second time in the hub. I think of this as being from Jack's point of few, even if he was pissed off, he still gave Ianto a second chance.

Ianto is broken and needs Jack to help him. It has always been cannon to me that they had some sort of relationship and before Cyberwoman and Ianto wants it back

I like this song basically for the same as Break my fall but from Jack's point of view. Both Jack and Ianto are broken and they need each other. I feel like this could be after the events in country side.

The first time I heard this I thought of Jack and Ianto. Jack can finally trust Ianto again and is starting to realize that they have started something that he wasn't expecting and is starting to really care about Ianto.

They both can trust each other and have a deeper relationship with each other than with the rest of the team. I think this is a perfect song for Jack from Ianto's point of view. Think this song reflects the majority of season 2, you can tell that Jack talks to Ianto alot more than with the others about personal stuff.

Jack has really come to rely on Ianto, especially in season 2. Jack knows he is not perfect and is a mess but he needs someone to cover him through anything.

I think this could be from either point of view. They are both lonely people especially in a job like Torchwood and so they turn to each other.

After season 1 and Jack came back from finding the Doctor, Ianto has fallen completely in love with Jack. He knows he will probably leave again but he knows who Jack is and wants to be with him no matter what. I can't hear this song without thinking of Jack and Ianto, I think this describes their relationship perfectly.

We know that Jack and Ianto definitely have a hot physical relationship from all of the innuendos and suggestions after They Keep Killing Suzie, this song addresses that attraction they have for each other. This is definitely a perfect song for them.

12. A Little's Enough by Angels and Airways
After Exit wounds Ianto wants to comfort Jack for losing his brother and because his brother had done so much damage to both of their lives. They need each other after losing two team members and Ianto steps forward for Jack.

Towards the end of season 1, Jack and Ianto's relationship was kept secret but I believe that they had alot of feelings for each other but it was delicate. There were trying to figure what they were to each and in some ways they were always trying to figure it out up until the end.
