I can hear people telling each other they love each other in the hallway. Their voices are oozing over each other's like strawberry jam. Their overtones say, We are best friends 4 LYFE. Their undertones say, But next time I catch you in the hallway alone, you're going down like a sandbag tied to a pound of rocks.
yes i have already been killed. there are some sneaky devils living in this hallway.
At midnight I went to the campus computer lab to finish my paper. I stayed there until eight minutes past nine. The paper, being two days late, is going to bring my class grade down to a B, at best. I don't know what happened, either. Well, I do, but it's too lame to share.
Some of you have recently dropped me some messages that make me wonder whether you are
I will finish that sentence and send it to the relevant people, but I love you, and I think you're immeasurably better people than I am wherever you are right now, and I don't take your friendship for granted, although our correspondences are late late late late late too late and in conclusion I hope that your week is beautiful and that this November is not sapping your will to live.
A student dance troupe practices in the hallway of the building in which the computer lab can be found. They look pretty intense. Some of them wear armbands and headbands and what look like shin guards if I wasn't completely hallucinating. Yesterday, they had in their company for some inexplicable reason two of the tiniest puppies I've ever seen. One of them looked a bit like some sort of fluffy terrier and I think the other one was a beagle. The music was pretty loud, but they seemed completely unfazed - when I took a walk through the hallway an hour later, the beagle was asleep.
It'd been a really, really long time since I'd seen a creature that wasn't a squirrel, a chipmunk, some sort of bird, or the beetles that keep mysteriously cropping up in our room.
Have you seen something unexpectedly pleasant lately? Tell me about it!
P.S. Thank you also for the sweet emails,
