so to all of those deprived of news of the all knowing Me i have been doing well in the heat and humidity that is alabama/ i have been helping my famliy pack for the move to DC adn have been silently going insane thanks to not being able to find a job. those of you that know me well will find it hillarious that i yes I applied for work in a sex shop. I did not get hired because of the small fact that i am not yet twentyone and will not be so for another year and so am not able to serve alcohol to any one in the state of alabama at least not leagly. However i should tell you about my trip from hell coming home from NMMI to go to Al. *shudder shudder* First thing always, always fill up your gas tank in Roswell before heading anywhere. Make your father stop and check the gas tank in both cars before heading out on a cross country drive. Secondly while stopping at caralsbad cavarens is awsome and watching the bat fly out from the cave is quite awe inspireing and my four year old sister can spout information about bats for hours don't stop there if you are on a time schedual and wish to stop in a decent hotel for the night. Any way we drove out of carlsbad caverns starving to death i don't think we stopped anytwhere especially scince the only gas station for about 160 miles was closed. ARgh
We continued to drive we drove into the south western part of texas and were about 40 miles from the NM boarder when the little car ran out of gas. Mom stopped the van and her and dad chatted for a few minutes. Dad got in the van and drove off in search of the nearest town 115 miles down the road. WE did not know that the nearest gas station was that far we thought it was only 20 miles down the road....anyway Mom and i stayed in the car and kept ourselves occupied for the rest of the night at one point for several hours we had a horrendus thunderstorm with lots of hail slightly bigger than the size of a quarter. meanwhile 107 miles down the road the van dies. You know the one time you could actually use a cop there are non to be found. anyway back to the story my dad gets out of the car and walks the ten miles into town for part of the walk he was stalked by a large cat of some kind probably a mountain lion. once he gets into town he has to walk around town and look for a gas station that is open finally finds one and then must walk back up to wheere he left teh van for the cops he does find wont give him the time of day. he gets in the van fills up the gas and then my sister drives all the way back to the little car we put gas in the little car and it runs out of feul aproxomatly 10 miles from town. so we slove the gas crises and end up not stopping at all until we get into al the next day. very very long drive Insane. i will write more on the trip from hell later but i can only revisit it so much at a single time so respond with information from your trips and let me know what everyone is up to.
