I'M AN AUNTIE!!!
my sister gave birth yesterday at 12:44pm to a 7lb 4oz, 20in long, healthy baby boy. He is so small and yet so big. I got to be one of her coaches in the room and see him born. I was also the one to cut the cord.
He is so wonderful. I can't wait to spoil him!!
my sister is doing wonderful and is a great mom already. we stayed with her till 7pm last night. helping her rest and holding the wee one.
I got the call about 7:30 in the morning that she was 4cm dialated by 10am when we got to the hospital she was 10 cm. i arrived in the room and her husband, mother in law, and friend was there also with her, everyone else was in the waiting room. the four of us held legs, made her laugh, encouraged her and praised her. she pushed for an hour and a half and we then welcomed him into our hearts.
