I'm a wife
as i look at my ring, I think just how lucky i'm. I got married on March 25th 2006. With craziness, LOVE, and laughter,it was my dream come true. My husband (I love saying that-my husband) was so handsome. He was also my rock. I was so scared of walking down and speaking in front of everyone, but just looking at him kept me strong. I felt like a princess all day and he was my prince charming. (i know this is sappy) After the ceremony to see every ones faces and know that they shared our most wonderful day, my heart was bursting with love and joy. I have to say that we have the greatest friends and the best family that anybody could wish for. Looking back at all the craziness and me runing late, everyone trying to keep me calm just makes me laugh now. At the reception my jaw dropped, It was everything i could ever dream of. to see everyone, the decorations where all i dream of. even the silly pictures of shawn and I growing up and together. My cake was so beautiful!!! I also loved the food, especilly the chicken, but i'm a chicken person anyway. As the night went on the dancing, the music, all the love and laughter I had with everyone. It was my dream come true!! To remember Jake's speech on how much shawn ment to him and the emotion that went in to it makes my heart melt. my favorite part is where jake said shawn moved away from the house with fires and break-ins to detroit!!! (so much safer) I will always remember the garter toss and superman, our first dance and shawn asking me if hes doing alright, me twirling in my POOFY dress, seeing my maid of honor and her boyfriend one of our groomsmen dancing and looking beautiful. Playing with my second cousins Emily and Madeline, how Madeline curled up on my shoulder. The best feeling is knowing that every time i looked at shawn during the evening my heart filled with LOVE!!! knowing that i have a wonderful husband and that he is a great man. Our day was a dream come true!!!!
