I have no idea what I did to my back today. Since this morning anytime I slouch or bend I get a dull ache or a sharp pinch. I had my English art class today and we had a concert of Elizabethan music. We also got to learn some of the steps to some "simple" dances of that time. I was wondering if I twisted or kicked wrong on one of the dances. Lets hope a good nights rest, some IB. drugs and a heat pad helps.
