MOVIE TAG!
Here we go! Here's Here are eight movie related factoids that you should know! (First, I protest the use of the word Factoid. A factoid would be something which is less than a fact, like a humanoid is less than human. Secondly, I don't really think you SHOULD know these, but you might like to know little random things)
1. The first movie I remember seeing was the Rocky Horror Picture Show. My parents would bring
goldenmean and I when were were wee-tiny. It's still one of my favorite movies.
2. I love musicals. I honestly really enjoy Jesus Christ Superstar. Sometimes I get the songs stuck in my head.
3. I got married in a movie theater.
4. My parents took me to The Empire Strikes Back when it came out and I cried a lot so they had to leave. Sorry, parents!
5. I hate hate hate dubbing. If I have to watch a dubbed rather than subbed movie, I am a sad panda.
6. I really like b-grade movies. Sometimes this interferes with my ability to recommend a movie to someone because I don't differentiate between Accion Mutante being good, and Rashomon being good.
7. I keep a list of all the movies (and complete series') I watch. This is only year two of the project but I plan to do it indefinitely.
8. I will smack people who talk/use their phones during movies.
locura_insomnio and I get into altercations semi-frequently because of this.
