1. I think that the American system of government is bulky and outdated, and this election demonstrates that clearly. I also think that the candidates are behaving appallingly.
2. My last go-to-the-hospital migraine was... last month? But my last stay-home-and-cry migraine was about a week ago. They're not exactly getting better, but they're getting a little less drawn out. They last about a day less on average now.
3. Night. Always. I function better at night, stores are less crowded (the ones open in the middle of the night, anyway), it's cooler and you don't get to hear crickets chirp in the middle of the day as much. When left to my own devices, I typically don't go to bed until about 6am, then wake up around noon.
4. I had a nervous breakdown, spent new year's in Georgia, and read a really good book about cultural relativism vs. determinism.
5. By far, merino wool. It's soft, warm but breathable, a pure joy to work with, and can be found at reasonable prices.
6. With a book. Not sure where, not sure what else I'd do, but dear god, do I have some reading to catch up on.
