Fish?!
These things have got to be the weirdest things I've seen in a while. Balloon Lumpfish apparently. Even the name is weird. Apparently they're weird enough for online news. but then, just about everything is online...heh. I wish I could see these up close. A balloon submerged underwater with weird looking lumpy fish congregating on it.
