HAPPY HEART & MIND. HEALTHY BODY.
1. Step up the Diet and Exercise - Jeebus. God knows I need this.
2. Pay more attention to my skin and hair.
3. Drink more water and tea.
4. Look at my BB less. - I feel like my phone is glued to my hand 24/7.
5. Space - I think i need to create space between me and the things that make me mad / hurt me. Count to 10 in my head. Silence to think. Just space. And time. I need to not let things affect me so much, especially if they aren’t important. Let go.
6. Communication skills - Because I know a lot of the time I shut off and intentionally build a wall.
7. Patience.
8. Fix the fine mess I’ve created for myself.
9. Learn how to ride a bike. - my NY Resolution since grade school.haha!
