Apartment Update
So as you all know, the apartment is now ours. Only we're not getting the same apartment that we originally applied for. The owner of the apartment building is moving us to a better apartment that has a better view and we're also right next door to her (which is nice because her daughter is pretty much the same age as Abby). It's a little bit more a month ($640 a month instead of $615) but we can still afford it. We're going to pay the security deposit in the next week so then it will be officially ours!
I've started packing up stuff in boxes that we're not using at the moment (stuff like winter clothing and winter bedding). There's a lot of stuff in the basement that we need to figure out what we're going to do with...I'm guessing that we're going to be storing some of it in Nick's mom's basement. But you know, the stuff is down there because we don't use it anymore. I cannot wait to get to our new place...and get to watch cable! OMG, I've never had cable before and it will be so nice to have something decent on tv to watch! :p
