Far Too Late...

I woke up this morning at what I believed to be 11am...Wrong! I'd forgotten that the clocks went forward an hour last night, so now I lost an hour and I'm all kinds of confused :(

Or do the clocks go forward tonight? Too much thinking for this time of the morning...argh! :(
