savannahblue is back!! She deleted her journal for some weird reason, but now she's back and that makes me so happy!! :D
I've decided that I'm not going to talk about myself for today...since you all hear about me all the time :p So lets think, stuff going on in other parts of the world...hm......:p
Ah yes, Brett Favre is back for another season!! It's all over the news here (of course) and everyone's pretty psyched about him being back. You know for sure that the Marino record is his for the taking now :p Talking about the NFL, it's Superbowl weekend and you know, for one of the teams being a local team...I'm really not that thrilled about it all. I think I was more excited about it all when it was the White Sox in the World Series. There's no party going on here, Nick will be working for the majority of it and I'll be stuck at home. I want to watch it, I truly do...but I think I'll probably end up watching some movie instead. It all depends on who is the Halftime entertainment. If it's someone good, I may watch. I said MAY :p
Now for some depressing news...Abby gave me a horrible stinking cold and I've been stuffed up for the last couple of days. I'm shuffling around the house constantly drinking cups of tea with my Hello Kitty blanket draped around me. It's also butt ass cold here. The news crew reported that it could get to -25F (-31C) here tonight, so it's recommended that everyone stay inside where it's nice and warm. It was cold last night and I slept with my hot water bottle- so I guess I'll be doing that again tonight. I've been popping acetaminophen every four hours, so hopefully that'll relieve some of my symptoms. And I've got my box of Kleenex on hand too.
Yuck. I hate being so sick :(
