I Need Help

Totally depressed recently. I don't remember much and I feel like my life passes me in a complete blur with one day blending into the next. Nothing really happens, I get up and do the same stuff everyday and never go outside. I've been sending Nick out to get everything for me.

I want to go home. I want to visit a doctor. I need my meds before I do something stupid to myself. I've been crying on and off for the last three days and I can't stop.
