WHO: Perry Holiday (THE GENIE) & May Decatur (THE MARCH HARE)
WHAT: Perry and May hit the town! One harder than the other.

As Perry looked over the glossy group on the dance floor and took a long drink, he decided that it wasn't hard to lose a woman in a club like this one. It was easier still to lose a woman partying off her best friends' rehab. Perhaps the least identifying characteristic of all would be that woman's desperate need to lose herself in a glowing crowd--that was ubiquitous if not universal among the establishment's patrons. In Perry's estimation May Decatur was three for three, but none of that gave him even the least bit help in searching the backs of heads. She'd called him asking for fun, and not only was Perry a veritable purveyor of fun, he was tiring of the usual haunts with the usual people, so he'd given a very Perry grin. Sure, babe. Let's hit the town.
Even as he slowly circulated the floor looking for something he could identify as May he knew it was mostly futile, and it would be only luck what provided him what with any clues. It was not hard to find people performing hysterical and illogical actions in LA, so his main method of identifying Wonderlanders was almost entirely moot. It was a plexiglass jungle lit by strobe but with fewer swingable vines than there were uncrossed legs. The legs were longer, too. He found a booth, flipped open his cell phone to make sure there were no misspelled caps lock dramatics. Wonderland women; how had he spent all that free time before he spent it worrying about 'em?
Of course, women in general were more Perry's problem, but he was never one to pass up a good generalization when he'd caught it by the tail. It wasn't like he was truly put-upon, or that there was no fun to be had. People knew who he was. He could wait in one place long enough and wait for the short skirts to come rolling in. In fact, judging from the volume and price of the drinks he was buying, Perry was very close to kicking off some new problems with some new brunette before Genie and Hare were reunited.
