It seemed very important for Neil to have Nava accompany him with the other Wonderlanders to England, for his annual pilgrimage/celebration of the day Alice went down the Rabbit Hole and their Tale was told. Neil believed very strongly that the Veil, which separated this world from Wonderland, was easier to breech on that day, and so to confirm his own theories about the Nature of the Life, the Universe and Everything, Neil always returned to meditate and attempt to contact the place of their Origin. Meditation that included the taking of certain mind-expanding drugs, of course.

To this end, Neil had invited his fellow Wonderlanders and Mirrorlanders to accompany him. By having others from his own Tale in close proximity while he meditated, Neil felt it would increase his chances of success. The Mirrorlanders had been invited, since it was Neil's personal belief that Wonderland and Mirrorland were, in essence, the same place but separate kingdoms, and Alice had accessed them in different ways. Sort of the same way one might visit Europe by flying on a plane or by sailing on a ship. So far, the guest list included Toby and Scott: it was good to have Royalty present, since they symbolically granted him permission to enter their kingdoms... the Queens wouldn't be present, but Anne was busy and Ryoko... Neil really didn't want Ryoko around to ruin things with her negative vibrations. Harrison and Gabe also said they'd come.

The only person who hadn't responded, which Neil had really hoped to hear from, was Nava. It wasn't surprising, since she rarely commented to his entries on the compendium, but for Neil, her presence at his meditation was very important. So important that he decided to invite her in person.

Where did Nava live? To be honest, he hadn't been paying attention to that detail. But after going to the Pen and bribing Bob with all sorts of pastries bought from Elisa's bakery, he was told. The security Troll made it his business to keep tabs on where Tales were staying and what they were doing... for security reasons, of course. He was told she lived at Napoleon's apartment, which Neil knew right away as the same one where the Byron's lived. That was easy! Standing outside the door now, Neil rapped his knuckles against the door and hoped that Nava was around. Crap. Didn't Rose sometimes hang out here, too? Neil couldn't remember, and he grimaced at the thought of bumping into her, unexpectedly.
