Phillip picked up the phone, swallowing deeply. He knew that Whitney wouldn't like hearing what he was about to say, but it had to be said. She deserved to know about Renee, even if it would just lead to worry and concern. After all, it was best that she heard from someone that she sort of trusted (at least enough to sleep with) rather than some random person using their journal. He groaned, listening to the phone ring and waiting on her to answer.
