Lydia took her time getting ready for her excursion into the city. She had to look fabulous because, after all, what was the point in going out anywhere if she didn't wow everyone she came across.
Of course, it would have been much easier if she had her lipstick, instead of it being all over someone due to them being asleep. She was still pissed at Robbie about that.
At least now she'd be able to go out with someone mature, and could appreciate how nice she really was. Because she was. She was so totally nice. And she shouldn't have to go around saying she wanted to be Prom Queen. People should just automatically vote for her because she is the prettiest girl in school. That's just how it worked.
She was blaring her radio as she drove from Staten Island into the city where Easy had told her to meet her. Lydia pulled up in her Mercedes, dressed in her typical short skirt, and adorable blouse and sweater. It was classy, but fun, and if she wanted to look older than she was, it was something she really needed to do.
Of course, there was still the issue of meeting someone she had never met before, but she wasn't afraid. If any one had confidence in her ability to carry herself, it was Lydia.
