so i read in a magazine
that in louisiana they were trying to make hip huggers and any low-rider pants illegal. it didn't get passed. just because they wouldn't be able to enforce it. but... democracy is a lie. there's your lesson for the day.
AAANNDDD they may make it illegal for anyone under 18 to go to a tanning bed without a note from a doctor. and yeah, that's for the state of california. i swear. it only needs to be signed by a senator and then it's passed.
