His flames licked away and danced,
Like figures of 8 intertwining with a sinister forest.
He tore away at everything, alive or otherwise,
As his hues of orange and red engulfed the blue sky,
His eyes, a raging ocean,
Threatened to spill with the fuel of his fire,
So much unshackled emotion,
Ready to explode at the seams.
Her walls surrounded her like a fortress,
Jagged and crystallized,
The ice surrounding her almost breathing alive.

With no sight of an entrance, anywhere.

Freezing those that ever dared to venture too close.

And she stared back into his flickering soul.
"Do you fear me?"
"No. You inspire me."
Do you know what happens when ice and fire hold hands?
When polar opposites try to take each other at the waist,
To dance into a world of unknowns?
Magic.
That, is what happens.
