Is this week over yet?
So with all the wedding prep I have completed:
Almost all 8 layers of the 4 tiered cake (Yay!!!)
All the cookies are ready to bake (way too many)
3/4 of the mini pie shells are baked
All the dark chocolate cups are made
All the fruit has been purchased
Figured out the flowers for the cake and purchased
All decorations have been purchased (now we just need to pretty them up)
Favors purchased
All the cream puffs, brownies, angel food cake done
What needs to be done:
Fillings for the Angel food cake
Fillings for the 2 types of mini pies
Make chocolate mousse
Cut all the fruit
Wash strawberries
Dip strawberries in White chocolate
Put all the decorations together
Put the favors together
We also finished the downstairs bedroom totally, and we are sleeping in it. I just love the new room. After the wedding I have to re do the upstairs room, so we can get the new desks and both computers in there. I am going to be busy for a while.
