welp
I can't seem to stop leaving town. Just got back from camping for 3ish days in Big Sur, and in the last couple months I've been spending time in Santa Cruz, Moorpark, Reno, Shasta, etc. as well as going to East Bay all the time lately. Thanks huge tax return and unemployed boyfriend with time to come adventure with me everywhere! It has been pretty fucking awesome.
My parents sold their house and are moving to Hawaii June 1st. I'm moving there probably the first week of July, for a few months to hang out on the island, spend time with my parents (it's gonna be hard from here on out with them in the middle of the goddamn Pacific) and save up some money.
Then I'm going to every country I can in Central America and will spend probably at least six months working on organic farms. It's pretty open ended, so eight months was the original plan but I may stay longer and can always leave whenever.
Not really sure where I'll end up after that. Maybe SF, maybe Portland, who knows. That uncertainty sounds really quite perfect right now. I have to start selling all my stuff and get a lot of things ready for all this.
I have felt like more or less the same person for so long, but lately I've finally been feeling like I'm gaining a new consciousness, understanding and -- dare I say? -- maturity to my day-to-day goings-on, relationships, conversations and plans for the future. Actualizing some identity. It's nice converting the feelings of being lost and overwhelmed to open, excited, motivated and overwhelmed.
So.... come visit me somewhere in the world when you have a chance. I'll be missing some people a whole lot.

OH yeah, I got my nose pierced too! Basically because I was bored and my hair is too fried to dye. Nobody even notices most of the time hahaha but I'm quite fond of it, I must say. I have to go in and get a smaller ring soon.
