My starting weight = 210 lbs.
Weigh-in week 1 = 205 lbs. (5 lbs. down)
Weigh-in week 2 = 198 lbs. (7 lbs. down)
Weigh-in week 3 = 197 lbs. (1 lb. down)
Weigh-in week 4 = 194 lbs. (3 lbs. down)
Weigh-in week 5 = 194 lbs. (0 lbs. lost but that's also 0 lbs. gained!)
Weigh-in week 6 = 191 lbs. (3 lbs. down)
Weigh-in week 7 = 190 lbs. (1 lb. down)
Weigh-in week 8 = 186 lbs. (4 lbs. down)
Weign-in week 9 = 185 lbs. (1 lb. down)
Weigh-in week 10 = 182 lbs. (3 lbs. down)
Weigh-in week 11 = 182 lbs. (0 lbs. lost but that's also 0 lbs. gained!)
Weigh-in week 12 = 183 lbs. (1 lb. gained - OMG! BLEH!)

Guess I'm human afterall...I was on a serious bread binge this past week and not really counting cal's as I should have been...YUK!!! I feel awful now because I need to be at 30 lbs. down by the end of the month to maintain my schedule of weight loss to reach my goal...*pouts* I'm pissed at myself and it's back to keeping my journal again. *sigh* I've let myself down, dammit.
I also seriously have to start some sort of excercise regimen too. I have to start toning up for summer!!!
