To Kitty Hawk and beyond
Arite already.
So I didn't see the opening of Lord of the Rings.... its about time I missed it since I've seen the other 2 on the opening day... but its ok... I was in the outer banks.
Heres what I did instead.
Spent 100 years of Flight at Kill Devil Hills in Kitty Hawk, NC.
An exciting rainy, soaking wet, muddy, slushy day with my beau.
But on the plus side I saw the President of the United States, Saw John Travolta, and the 2nd man on the moon (armstrong)and the first man that ever broke the sound barrier (Yager). I saw the replica of the first Wright Plane belly up and tip into the mud on the "first flight" tip toed through 4 inch deep puddles of mud, and spent some time traveling on the bus.... it was fun ;)
