Cory Ridge is now student teaching at Noble! He's with Mrs. Cook. We were all in the hall for a fire drill and I see this mop of curly hair at the end of the hall...lol. It was the funniest thing. Waved when I took the kids to art, brief chat over lunch and warned him that my class was coming at 2. It must have been fate that we talked about the "dge" sound today during Phonics. Before we headed to music, I wrote his name on the board and they knew it was Ridge. So I told them that when they go down to music they were going to meet a very special friend of mine and they had to say "Hi Mr. Ridge!" for me. So I took them in and they all said it and it made his day. lol How fun!
