Ring in the new year!
I've been offline for several days because we bought a new router so I could get online wirelessly. And the new router crashed the family internet and, now that it's back up, it won't recognize my computer. Ironic, huh?
Moving from 2007 to 2008 just felt awkward. The past two years, I've spend New Year's with Leslie, Cassandra, Jes, and friends. This year, my mom's side of the family decided to have a family party at a local restaurant's party center. It wasn't bad...just awkward. Mike was there, as were Stephanie and Bruce, and my cousins Tommy and Katie both brought dates. Yay for the college crowd. :) My mom was a bit of an embarassment. We fought on New Year's Eve before leaving and we even had a bit of a spat this morning. Yay for 2008. On the good side, this is the year that I graduate and the year that I go to Disney. :)
The new pool table is a lot of fun. My mom taught me how to play and I can't wait to get back on campus to play with the guys. Mike slept over two nights in a row and has beaten me at every game of pool we've played.

Did you meet any new friends this year?: *nods* People at work, freshmen on campus, Bruce (my cousin's boyfriend)
Did any of your friendships end?: One did...my ex-roommate. A few friendships fell through, but nothing major.
Did you dislike anyone?: Oh, sure.
Did you get into any fights?: Not really.
Did you make any new enemies?: Again, the ex-roommate. I've been told that Rigsby hates me with passion. *shrugs* Oh, well.
Did you resolve any fights?: Maybe one.
Who was your closest friend?: Generally, the same people.
2007 The Holidays::
Did you have a Valentine?: Yes.
Did the Easter bunny visit you?: Yes.
Did you dress up for Halloween?: Boo from Monsters Inc (sort of).
What did you do for Thanksgiving?: Went to my cousin's house.
Did you make a list of gifts for the holidays?: Yes.
Did you receive what you wanted?: Most of it.
Were you good this holiday season?: Yes.
2007 Your BIRTHDAY::
How old did you turn?: 22
Did you have a cake?: Yes.
What did you do for your birthday?: Jeremy had bought me a cake. He took me out for lunch at Burger King and then my roommates took me out to Reino's. And then I went to Cameron's fancy dress party.
Did you have a party?: I didn't officially "crash" Cameron's. Our birthdays are on the same day, so we celebrated them both together...but mainly his.
Did you get any presents?: Yes.
2007 The Memories and Accomplishments::
Funniest Memory?: Oh, wow. Nothing specific is coming to mind...it's been a really long year. My guess is that it had something to do either with theatre or the APs.
Saddest Memory?: Probably either the week when I was kicked out and dealt with the Kevin situation or dealing with the Jeremy situation
Most Embarrassing Memory?: Oh, any one of several. Probably something stupid I said.
Best Accomplishment?: Receiving the role of Dr. Lyssa Dent Hughes in American Daughter
2007 All about YOU::
Did you change at all this year?: I think so...a little. This was a difficult year emotionally, but so many great things happened to help shape me.
Was 2007 a good year?: Yes.
Do you have any regrets?: Oh, sure. But I try not to regret them.
Did 2007 bring any new insights?: Several.
Do you think 2008 will top 2007?: I'm not sure.
Do you have any goals for 2008?: Oh, the usual ones...get in shape, eat better, control the overactive imagination.
If you could relive any moment which would you choose?: There were lots. I want to relive American Daughter because it was such a great experience. I want to go back to Wisconsin with the group from last year. I want to hang out with last year's seniors before they took off. Go back to the medieval faire...but hopefully some of those things can happen this year.

What do you plan on doing new years eve?: I spent the night with my extended family...dinner and dancing.
Do you plan to do anything special for 2008?: Graduation, one more show at Heidelberg, make it into the WDWCP as a character performer.
