"A savage silence!"

So, to "The Winter's Tale."

As with any spring show, it's not doing as well as the fall musical. Tonight's crowd was much larger and more receptive (probably because it was mostly adults who understood Shakespeare).

But, to the fun story of the day.

Seth C, Leslie, Andrew, and I drove to Wagners to pick up the rest of the flowers. We told them we only need 400, which is still more than we'll need. Anyway, Seth gets all angry at Leslie, claiming that he wasn't needed for the road trip. When we reminded him he was getting out of class, he was fine.

Well, the weather was really humid today, so Leslie had rolled down all of the windows in her car. As we were driving out of Wagners, Leslie runs through a puddle, splashing the car and Seth. Oh, man, was he a riot. "Leslie Fucking B_____!" Oh, we laughed so hard.

The next funny story: thanks to our cast, the Pit Stop is officially sold out of full strength Vault. They only have the Vault Zero. So, we drove to Super Wal-Mart. While we were there (and I don't remember how this got brought up), Leslie called Seth "David G's boyfriend." Seth got so pissed he chased Leslie down the Cool Whip aisle, as she called it. We later stopped at a gas station, where Seth bough Vault for everyone. (At practice, we took a promo pic for the company while holding our bottles.)

Sean was also a riot tonight. I took my honor cord and ran it over his hand as a way of saying hello. He takes the cord from my hand and proceeds to bind my wrists. When I ask him why, he very lightly slap/taps me on the forehead before giving me a hug.

Oh, and somewhere throughout all of this, the subject of me being kissed by Chris P got brought up when Seth misheard me. After talking for a bit about how slobbery his kisses would probably be, Seth assured me that if he did anything even remotely like that, that he would kick his ass.

Oh, the show!! (Heh heh...I get so off track talking about this cast. I love them so much!)

I got more laughs tonight. The audience laughed as I sighed at Chris N's speech and loved my bass notes during the soprano contest. They thought Katie and I were ridiculous. God, do I hate my Dorcas laugh. It's so annoying...but it makes the character.

*sighs* I love this show. I don't want it to ever end.
