Happy Holiday!!

My vacation is almost half over already. And, true to my personal promise, I have been productive...but not with schoolwork.

Saturday -- Little shop, Little Shop of Horrors!! What a great show! The music, the costumes, the talent. It was amazing.

Sunday -- Went to go see "Goblet of Fire" with my mom. I'm in love. I adore. I haven't re-read the book in ages, but I loved the movie. I know it didn't do the book justice (the movies never do), but I still loved it. Yay for Cedric! (Oh, reminds me of something funny I read in Reader's Digest. A library has the following sign up in their window: "Don't judge a book by its movie.")

Monday -- Woke up mid-afternoon-ish. Mike and I did a round-the-world tour of Great Northern (in about 3 hours), filling out job applications for him. He applied to six places and, God willing, one of them will call and offer him something.

Tuesday -- Took Scott to Berea to train watch for two hours, at the request of my dad. Mike and I sat inside my car and read lines for my one act while my brother filmed trains in the show...for two hours. Then I took Mike to Target to apply there, took Scott home for Sylvan, went back to the mall and got Mike Ducktales on DVD (as a cheer up) and ran him home. At the request of my mom, I also mixed pumpkin pie filling (and just found out today that I mixed the wrong recipe). I also found a rather important paper needed for Sophomore Sem.

Wednesday -- Ah...my day to relax. Sort of. At the request of Dad and Scott, I spent two hours helping Scott winterize the yard (bring in heavy objects that shouldn't be outside in winter). I spent time putting together the family Christmas cards and cut last year's Christmas cards that I'm going to bring back to campus to use for decorating.

However, despite all of my productive-ness (at my family's request), I have made very little progress in finalize my line memorization and working on my two portfolios.

But, that all pales in comparisson to Friday: Christmas Decorating Day!!! Woo-hoo!

Happy Holidays to all!!
